Program Design & Implementation

We can co-design education programming for students or adults using best practice and evidence based strategies.  We manage progress to goals and can adapt as needs arise. We are experienced engaging stakeholders at the national, state and local levels. Our team provides regular communication, feedback loops and uses backwards planning to ensure progress to goals. Coaching and Professional Learning

Our team can provide coaching and professional learning for educators ranging from pre-professionals to veteran educators. The training and learning will focus on these key elements: Relationship building with culturally responsive practices; Data-driven instruction; and Coaching and observation to ensure reflection and growth. We can help your curriculum team deliver on your PD needs while transitioning into a new curriculum or using a new tool. Our team will become an extension of your team.

Policy Development & Support

With years of experience developing community-vetted policy at the state level, we can provide guidance in developing policy recommendations or strategies at the district, state or national level. Further, we help teach educators advocacy skills to both understand their power and the power of policy changes. Our team can help extend your capacity through strategic planning support, board management and relationships and strategic partnerships.

Systems Improvement

We have extensive experience working at all levels of the education sector. We provide strategic advising or short term consulting support to organizations looking for fresh ideas or to problem solve. Plus, if we can’t do it, we know someone who can.  By working with us, your organization will gain access to use Knowtion as a tool for your PLC. Knowtion is the education industry’s dedicated community space ensures you’re always connected to the right resources.

  • This work requires an initial meeting to define the consultancy. Our rates start at $1,000 monthly retainer.

  • We offer a fellowship for registered Tutor Apprentice Programs across the country. The fellowship can be asynchronous or hybrid. Our RTI fellowship is grounded in an instructional framework, engaging instruction, and reflective practice. Core topics include:
