Lead Teacher Training Program
Delsea Regional and ConnectED Workforce provide a comprehensive teacher leader program for districts to increase the capacity of their teachers.
What We Offer
Our program is provided in a hybrid manner. Overall, the RTI requirement for the Lead Teacher Apprenticeship program is 15 post-secondary credits and the successful completion of the Delsea Regional Teacher Leader Endorsement Program (DRTLEP). The DRTLEP will develop a new generation of teacher leaders who can move beyond classroom excellence to become architects of coherent, high-impact learning systems. Participants will learn to lead with clarity, courage, and coherence, using the research-proven principles of the IMPACT Framework and The Science of School Improvement to build cultures of collective efficacy and drive sustainable growth. Lead Teacher apprentices will complete 5 online courses, outlined below, earning approximately 15 credits from American College of Education (ACE) , a post-secondary partner.
